TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who you’re contracting with

RedditHunt is a product of LadderFox B.V., a Dutch limited company. When you sign up, subscribe, or make any payment, your contract is with LadderFox B.V.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “LadderFox” refer to LadderFox B.V. “RedditHunt” or the “Service” refers to the product available at reddithunt.xyz.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

3. The Service

RedditHunt scans publicly available Reddit content to surface threads where your product is a relevant fit and generates draft replies. We do not post on Reddit on your behalf — you choose what to post and where.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to spam Reddit or any other platform.
• Don’t use it to harass, deceive, or impersonate.
• Don’t scrape or resell our outputs.
• You are solely responsible for any reply you actually post.

5. Plans, prices and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR by LadderFox B.V. via Stripe. Prices shown on the pricing and Settings pages are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at checkout where required.

• Statement descriptor: charges appear on your card or bank statement as REDDITHUNT or LADDERFOX.
• Renewals: subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
• Cancellation: cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we don’t pro-rate unless required by law.
• Refunds: we don’t routinely refund partial months. Reach out to info@reddithunt.xyz if something went genuinely wrong.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. By starting to use the Service immediately after subscribing — including by running your first scan or opening any AI-generated draft — you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed for that billing period (Art. 6:230p sub d). This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time.

7. Reddit’s terms

RedditHunt uses publicly accessible data from Reddit. Your interaction with Reddit (logging in, posting comments, etc.) is governed by Reddit’s own Terms of Service and Content Policy. We are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you put into RedditHunt (product descriptions, keywords). LadderFox retains ownership of the Service itself. AI-generated drafts are provided to you with no claim of authorship from us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which also cancels any active subscription.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LadderFox’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
